Elizabeth Westbrook
LMSW, NPT-C
Founder/Board President
Elizabeth Westbrook is a sought after community leader, activist, educator, and provider in private practice, with decades of experience uniting groups, community collaboration, trauma recovery, sexual health, and relational wellness. She specializes in helping individuals navigate complex experiences—whether healing from betrayal trauma, religious harm, high-conflict relationships, or sexual shame—with authenticity and compassion.
As the Founder of the Mental Wellness Collective, Elizabeth leads the organization’s mission to care for both providers and the communities they serve. She is passionate about building sustainable mental health systems where providers are cared for as much as their clients.
Elizabeth is known for her grounded, relatable approach and often infuses humor and real-talk into her workshops and clinical work.
Prior to curating The MWC, Elizabeth pioneered upLIFTed Movement, a nonprofit focused on restoring dignity to survivors of sexual exploitation and other social justice issues through trauma-informed fitness and peer-led empowerment. This work deeply informs her belief that healing is not linear, and it must be rooted in community, choice, and access.
